Pelham Switches to Voice-Driven Phone Software

You no longer have to worry about extension numbers, if you're calling the Town of Pelham.

The Town has just launched a new voice-driven phone system.

All you have to do is say the name of the person or department you would like to get a hold of and you'll be transferred automatically.

If you're trying to contact the Meridian Community Centre, you can say M-C-C or Community Centre.

If you don't know who you should be talking to, all you have to do is say operator.

You can still dial a phone extension number if you prefer.
