One Dead in West Lincoln Car Fire

Police wish to speak with anyone who has information or video footage after a car fire in West Lincoln left one person dead.

One person is dead following a car fire in West Lincoln.

Officers say around 7:30 yesterday morning, crews were called to an active vehicle fire near Krick Road and Elcho Road.

A deceased person was found once the flames were extinguished.

The Ontario Fire Marshall, the Office of the Coroner and detectives with 8 district continue to investigate.

Anyone with information or video of vehicular traffic in and around the area is asked to contact the Niagara Regional Police Service at 905-688-4111, ext. 1024235.
