Four people have been charged after two attempted thefts Conestoga Mall, earlier this month.
Police have charged a 15-year-old from Toronto, a 16-year-old from Kitchener, a 17-year-old from Nova Scotia and a 27-year-old man from Richmond Hill.
Police add there was also a similar type theft in Stratford.
