David Mullen scores with Instant Crossword Tripler
A man from St. Catharines is $100,000 richer.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says David Mullen won the top prize with Instant Crossword Tripler.
The winning ticket was bought at Petro Canada on Niagara Street in St. Catharines.
