A 71-year old Niagara Falls man has been charged in relation to a slew of hate crimes in the city.
Police began investigating 11 incidents where hate speech had been spray painted on buildings on Queen Street, Bridge Street, Erie Avenue and Zimmerman Avenue in March.
The man faces mischief under $5,000.
