UPDATE: A woman from Hamilton has been charged after an incident at the Outlet Collection at Niagara parking lot.
51-year-old Patricia Zammit faces charges for Assault and Uttering Threats.
She has a court date set for February.
Twitter is exploding in Canada after a video of a racist rant at the popular Outlet Collection at Niagara parking lot went viral.
The video was shot by an Asian woman who was the target of a racist assault from a middle-aged white woman.
The video starts with a middle aged white woman berating the woman recording her and calling her a racial slur.
At different points in the video the woman mocked a Chinese dialect and punched at the other woman.
At one point the woman recording puts a foot up to try and stop the other woman from assaulting her.
