The Festive RIDE campaign continues in Niagara.
Last night, police stopped about 500 cars in Lincoln and Thorold.
Drivers were asked if they had consumed any alcohol or drugs before getting behind the wheel.
According to Niagara Regional Police, nineteen drivers were asked to provide a breath sample, and each driver passed.
Throughout Canada, impaired driving is the leading criminal offence causing death.
