They say an Avondale in St. Catharines was robbed yesterday
Police need your help to find the man responsible for the robbery of an Avondale store in St. Catharines.
Officers were called just before 9 yesterday morning to the store on Pelham Road, to find the suspect showed a knife to the employee, before getting some cash and running off.
Police say the suspect was last seen running westbound on Cumming Street, toward Rykert. A police dog was brought in to sniff out the suspect, but that didn't work.
Police are looking for a black man, 20-35 years old, with a slim build, standing about 6'. He was wearing a long, dark grey/black winter parka down to the knees, with the hood up, as well as black sweatpants, black shoes and green gloves.
