NRP say she was found safe not long after issuing missing person report
Update: Following some swift police work, they say she is ok. NRP reported her missing not long before finding her safe.

Police need your help to find a missing 86-year old woman.
They say Narinan Tourmrmch was last seen at the noon hour today, at a family home in the Sara and Alexandra Drive area of Thorold.
This is east of the 406, and west of the Welland Canal near Port Robinson Road, she is believed to be walking.
Police add she is white, medium build, last seen wearing a white hijab and using a black walking cane.
Police say she has a medical condition that requires attention, and is not familiar with the area, and does not speak English.
