They say Douglas Spiers breached full parole, while serving a life sentence for 2nd degree murder
A warning from police to be on the lookout for a man wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant for breaching full parole.
They say they're looking for 40-year-old Douglas Spiers, formerly known as Douglas Stokes.
He's serving a life sentence for 2nd degree murder, for which he served 12 years prior to being eligible for parole in 2013.
Police say he's 5'10, 163lbs, with brown, balding hair and hazel eyes. He usually has facial hair and wears glasses. He has a tattoo on his upper right arm of a cross.
He is known to frequent Welland, Dunnville, St. Catharines, Hamilton and Toronto. He also has ties to Vancouver.
