NRP say the crime happened in Niagara Falls

Police need your help to find a break and enter suspect.

They were called to the scene of a crime on Buckley Avenue in Niagara Falls earlier this month, and were able to identify a suspect.

Yesterday, police searched an apartment in the Buckley Avenue area and found a black BB gun.

Police are looking for 45-year old Justin Ambursley of Niagara Falls, wanted for not complying with probation and break and enter.

He is black, 5'7, with a medium build, and has black hair and brown eyes.
