A Niagara Regional Police Officer is facing charges following an investigation by Hamilton Police Service.
Following an allegation made last September, the investigation resulted in two charges laid against Constable Adam Gorski, who was on administrative leave at the time.
Gorski, who has been on the force for 15 years, is charged with two counts of unauthorized use of a firearm.
His next court appearance is April 4th in Hamilton.
