Three drivers were arrested on the scene, including one for driving while under suspension.
Niagara Regional Police conducted Canada Day R.I.D.E. spot checks in Niagara Falls, St. Catharines and Port Colborne.
Officers stopped 360 drivers with 3 people being arrested for providing breath samples over the legal limit.
One of the arrested was a man from the North York section of Toronto, who was found to be driving while under suspension.
The two others arrested drivers were from Fort Erie and Niagara Falls. Each driver faces a 90-Day License suspension in addition to a 7-day motor vehicle impound.
While conducting the evening RIDE checks, officers also arrested and charged a 46-year-old male passenger from Toronto for Obstruction of a Peace Officer and two separate counts of Failing to Comply with his Release Order.
