Their names were presented in a petition to the federal government by Niagara South MP Fred Davies, he made mention of the assault on a 3-year old girl in Welland
Over 10,000 people from Niagara are fed up with Canada's bail system, and they want change.
Niagara South MP Fred Davies presented their names in a petition to parliament, it calling for more restrictive bail and early release for repeat child sex offenders.
He called it his sad and unfortunate duty, describing the assault of a 3-year old girl at the hands of a repeat sex offender, who was out following the assault of a 12-year old boy.
Last month Justice Minister Sean Fraser introduced tougher restrictions.
Davies received applause from his colleagues after reading the petition.
