This summer the city has something to keep everyone moving and having fun
Residents can join the June Movement, a city wide competition with daily challenges and prizes,
There is the ParticipACTION Community Better Challenge, where residents track their activity through the month and help the city win $100,000 for the community.
And nominations are now being accepted for the Summer Trillium Awards, honouring homeowners with outstanding curbside landscaping
Assessments will take place Thursday, July 15th and photos will be taken of nominated properties
Criteria includes: Principles of Design, Turf, Plants, Hardscaping Features, Unique Features, and Environmental Issues.
