They were joined by Niagara Falls MPP Wayne Gates, who again called for provincial action
Auto workers in Niagara joining Niagara Falls MPP in Windsor last weekend for a rally to save their jobs.
Wayne Gates is asking Ontario's Finance Minister to take concrete action to support workers, who are facing a crisis resulting from President Donald Trump's tariffs.
He added autoworkers are saying it clear: If you want to sell cars, you must build here.
He also accused the finance minister of partisan political shots and no plan when speaking yesterday.
The NDP added they can't allow any car company to take equipment out of Ontario plants to move it to the US, as they'll be gone forever.
