Millennium Trail Manor in Niagara Falls has not seen any new cases of COVID-19 for over two weeks now.
Niagara Health says the outbreak was officially called off on Saturday.
It was first issued on September 29th and the long-term care home battled 32 cases of the virus; 16 residents and 16 staff members.
Three people died and they were all residents.
Niagara Health took control of the facility on October 27th after the province issued a Mandatory Management Order.
President Lynn Guerriero says Niagara Health officials will remain on site for now.
"We're confident we're putting the necessary plans, resources and practices in place to assist with returning the home to normal operations and creating a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff long into the future."
