Police were called last week in Grimsby concerning a man with a cell phone in public
A Grimsby man has been charged after police say he committed an indecent act last week.
Police say they were called early Wednesday afternoon to the Livingston and St. Andrews Avenue area of Grimsby.
They were told a man was seen doing this in public while watching his cell phone, but after reviewing video footage, and going on a description from a witness, police couldn't find him.
However, fast forward to Friday, police were able to arrest 37-year old Arie Van Es, charging him with indecent act and breach of prohibition.
He had a bail hearing Saturday.
