The charge stems from a March incident involving a 16 year old girl
Police say they have charged a 33 year old suspect after an investigation into an incident that took place in the area of Garden Gate and Greenlane in Lincoln.
Police say a teenage girl was walking in the area when a man in a red pickup truck followed her, then parked his vehicle down the street.
When she passed the truck he was allegedly in the process of committing an indecent act.
On Friday, police arrested Aaron David Sukewich, charging him with criminal harassment and committing an indecent act.
