Quebec teen clinches spot in US Open final
Leylah Fernandez beat Aryna Sabalenka in three sets last night at the tennis tournament at Flushing Meadows.
It took her 2 hours and 20 minutes to beat the number 2 seed.
Fernandez is ranked 73rd in the world.
She will attempt to become only the second Canadian to win the tournament after Bianca Andreescu of Mississauga did it in 2019.
