Hamlin remains in critical condition after suffering a cardiac arrest on the field during Monday night's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
The game was suspended, and there is no word on when it will resume.
The team held a walk through practice yesterday and is expected to practice again today.
The Bills are scheduled to play against the Patriots on Sunday.
