Police taking another driver off the road for excessive speeding in Niagara.
They say a vehicle was recorded at 103kms in a 60 zone on Highway 20 in Thorold.
The man from Grimsby has been charged with stunt driving, licence suspended for 30 days, vehicle impounded for 14 days.
