Branch collection begins today.
Curbside branch collection is starting up today.
The Niagara Region says branches must be tied into bundles with string or twine and must weigh less than 50 pounds.
Stumps, tree trunks, and large branches are not collected at the curb, but can be dropped off at a landfill year-round for free.
Branch collection takes place for four weeks in the spring and four weeks in the fall on your regular collection day.
