NRP have called in Child Abuse Unit, too early to tell the cause
A terrifying scene last night at a 5-storey apartment building in St. Catharines.
Police say a 7-year old boy fell from the balcony of a Church Street building, but landed suffering a broken wrist and facial injuries.
He was taken to an out of region hospital.
Police add the Child Abuse unit is looking into this, but say it's too early to determine why this happened.
